MUAZIQ core business is processing and selling natural resources. Our products include rice husk pellet, wood pellet, fresh fruit bunch, palm kernel shells, palm kernel expeller and more. The product line development is response to the local and national environmental protection policies and will be favoured and supported by more companies and organizations in the future development.
Rice Husk Pellet Fuel
Rice husk pellet fuel is a low-cost and environmentally-friendly alternative fuel resource, made of the outer layer of the paddy grain, which is the by-product of rice processing industries. As one of the leading rice planting countries in the world, the market demand for rice husk pellets in Malaysia as an alternative fuel resource is now increasing.
It possesses a calorific value figure of more than 3,900kcal and total moisture below 10%. When these rice husks are processed by biomass fuel pellet line, it bears the ability to power a wide range of applications, such as coal-fuel power plant, industrial boiler, and home heating. As its popularity and demand increase, manufacturers have now even produced heating systems explicitly designed to use rice husk pellets that are now widely available worldwide. Its versatility has made it into a popular commodity worldwide.
Wood Pellet Fuel
Wood pellet fuel is one of the most common pellet fuels, made from compacted sawdust, waste materials from wood milling machine and wooden products, and by-products of furniture manufacturing and construction. It is a biomass fuel used in pellet stoves, boilers, and furnaces for residential or commercial purposes. Hence, it is an ecologically-friendly heating and energy option.
Little carbon is produced when burning wood pellet fuel in comparison to fossil fuels. Thus, it is known to be the cleanest burning solid fuel available on the market today. Furthermore, since it is made from recyclable materials, it is a preventive measure of filling up our landfills with waste.
Fresh Fruit Bunch
Fresh Fruit Bunch derives from palm trees. One palm tree can produce around 12 fresh fruit bunches, each weighing approximately 20 to 30 kg and bears 1400 to 2000 oil palm fruits. These oil palm fruits are the key ingredient to palm oil production.
When cutting into an oil palm fruit, the orange flesh and dark brown hard endocarp are exposed. Inside the endocarp is a white kernel known as the palm kernel. The oil palm fruit’s orange flesh and white kernel are the sources of the two most famous oil palm products – palm oil and palm kernel oil. Both products are versatile oils used in everyday products, such as cooking oil, soaps, cosmetics, and detergents. It is a preferred choice to many as it boasts a balanced ratio of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids.
Palm Kernel shell
Palm kernel shells are commonly used in boilers and furnaces across Southeast Asia. It has a carbon-neutral effect with a calorific value of 4500kcals and a low moisture and ash content. It is becoming an essential feedstock source for biomass energy generation and a replacement for waste wood and coal.
Its properties have resulted in a practical combustion process that guarantees only clean, safe, and fragrant emissions are released into the atmosphere during incineration.
Palm Kernel Expeller
Palm kernel expellers are the remains of palm kernel oil extracted from palm kernels. It is widely used as animal feed for sheep, poultry, horses and cows due to its richness in protein, fibre, iron, zinc and magnesium. It initially has a lumpy black mud appearance, but it transforms into small brown beads after having the impurities removed. It has high fermentation plasticity with a controlled moisture level.
Its non-starch polysaccharide content accounts for more than 80% of carbohydrates. It can be treated by undergoing a fermentation process with feed starters to reduce the non-starch polysaccharide content. This treatment process effectively increases the energy utilisation rate, which in addition will increase the digestible energy and metabolisable energy. Thus, improving the animals’ immunity.
